NANNA SUSI
Susi's intuitive expressionistic style comes from within with hints of romance. Her handling of paint and use of color reflect her unique subjective view of the world. Yet at the same time, touching upon broader motifs of nature reflecting soft and comforting forms. It is within this powerful contrast that Susi creates a delightful yet intense visual tension. The multidimensional paintings open up new forms allowing the viewer to experience the surface in different ways as they move around the canvas. "I strongly believe in the force of positivity, the uncontrollable light fascinates me and the way energy is always accessible and close to us when needed".
